Experienced in the commercial building space, Vic Civil had been engaged by Vicinity’s “Scentre Group” to deliver the concrete packages of Knox Shopping Center’s new VT (Vertical Transportation) upgrade and LTS (Learn to Swin School). Consisting of a series of earthworks, early foundations and in-situ elements, infilling and ground/suspended slabs, the project was managed within a live public environment to ensure that patrons could still partake in the mall’s retail luxuries.
