Vic Civil proudly completed the civil works for the Bendigo Kangan Institute’s Broadmeadows Health and Community Centre of Excellence, in collaboration with Hutchinson Builders.

At the core of this project was the construction of approximately 3,000m² of finished pavement, with a standout feature being the architectural exposed aggregate concrete used throughout the landscaped garden areas. This finish not only provided a durable and functional surface but also enhanced the space with a refined, modern aesthetic that complemented the new centre’s design and purpose.

We were proud to have contributed to a facility that will serve and inspire future generations of professionals, with craftsmanship that reflects the high standards we set at Vic Civil.
