Vic Civil has been engaged by Multiplex for both structural and civil works, The structure works consists of two large architectural columns either side of the Ballarat Road with accompanying suspended stairs circa 7m high.

The civil works consist of over 1km of curved retaining wall seats, Bondek slabs, exposed aggregate pavements and feature ramps and stairs.
