The works are located in the heart of Melbourne CBD, with noise and working hour limitations. With over 50t of steel reinforcement being required for the project and over 500m3 of concrete, the project team was required to plan the works with the Client to ensure no disruption to the operation of the Melbourne Central complex, adjacent roads or the local community.
The works are currently being undertaken in a number of stages, to facilitate a staged opening to the public and new tenants.
