Vic Civil completed 335 lineal metres of rail approved handrail and train driver walkway install during an Easter occupation over 7 days. This involved drilling 126 no. piles into rock, in which a reinforced pile was poured to allow handrail stanchions to be fixed to. In order to achieve the works within the allocated timeframe, two 12-hour shifts were utilised per 24-hour period, in which two separate crews would work to ensure all works were accomplished prior to the end of the occupation.

- Formworks and propping of piles out of the ground
- Supply and installation of modular handrail
- Installation of concrete driver walkway footpath
