Vic Civil were engaged as structural and civil contractor for the project inclusive of enabling works for the project with dual contract award essentially de-risking the project from a groundworks to structural handover. Works commenced with the establishment of a series of temporary COVID hardstand for the hospital establishment and commenced main works late 2020
Scope

- Demolition/site clearing and bulk excavation
- NDD and services proving
- Essential services excavation and backfilling
- Kerbs and channel
- Retaining walls stabilisation works
- Stormwater and subsurface drainage
- Pile caps, pad footings and ground beams
- Concrete hardstands and plinths
- Structural ground slab works
- Design and construct PT suspended slabs
- Temporary works design and formwork design
