Vic Civil was engaged to deliver enabling works for the new Bunnings Distribution Centre in collaboration with CIP. The works involved site preparation and foundation support, including cement stabilisation, bulk excavation, and the placement of crushed rock to form building pads, future hardstands, pavements, and pedestrian pathways – establishing a stable base for the large-scale industrial development.
